Create connections
Presenters are asked to create a profile in the mobile app/virtual platform through the Speaker Console. This is a great opportunity to connect with attendees and further your research.
Virtual session presentations
The virtual platform's Speaker Console is your one-stop for your virtual presentation during the meeting. Complete these important steps:
- Register for the meeting to log in. Please note: Your abstract and registration emails must match.
- Log in to the Speaker Console to confirm you can access the system before the day of your presentation.
- Check your session assignment.
- Confirm you have Zoom on your computer and it is up-to-date.
On the day of your presentation, log in to the Speaker Console at least 30 minutes before your session. Select the appropriate session, then select the "Join Live Session" button. (We will not be able to test technology while other talks are being given.) The live session button will not be accessible until 30 minutes before the session.
The meeting organizers believe live interaction is best and request that you be available for questions and answers with the audience. If you cannot attend the session live, you can request to be moved to an on-demand program by contacting the APS Abstract Help team by Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026. With an on-demand presentation, you will upload an MP4 video of your presentation to the Speaker Console by Thursday, March 12, 2026.

On-demand poster/ePoster presentations
Virtual posters are presented on demand. There is no live component. Follow these simple steps to get full engagement with your research:
- Register for the meeting to log in. Please note: Your abstract and registration emails must match.
- Log in to the Speaker Console to confirm you can access the system.
- Upload a one-page PDF of your poster and an optional brief MP4 video explaining your science to the Speaker Console by Thursday, March 12, 2026.
All posters uploaded by Thursday, March 12, 2026, will be viewable on searchable ePoster kiosks at the Summit. This expands the visibility of posters to the on-site audience.
On-demand oral presentations
On-demand oral presentations allow individuals unable to travel to Denver the opportunity to share the science with a video presentation of their talk. Scientists assigned to these presentations should follow the steps to share their research:
- Register for the meeting to log in. Please note: Your abstract and registration emails must match.
- Log in to the Speaker Console to confirm you can access the system.
- Upload a 10-minute MP4 video to the Speaker Console by Thursday, March 12, 2026. Some simple ways to create this video are in Zoom or PowerPoint.
Withdrawals
If you need to withdraw your submission, please email APS Meetings no later than Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026, 5 p.m. ET.
