APS has secured discounted housing rates for the Global Physics Summit attendees at a variety of nearby hotels—reservations for the special room block rates are now open.
For assistance with booking group reservations, email the APS housing provider. Requests for 3-9 rooms will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Requests for 10 or more rooms will only be approved for exhibiting companies.
Showcare is the only official housing provider endorsed by the APS Global Physics Summit.

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)
ATL is conveniently located just 10 miles from downtown Atlanta, offering easy access to the Global Physics Summit.
MARTA
The MARTA provides public transportation from the airport, so you can get to downtown Atlanta hassle-free. The Red or Gold Line train travels from the airport to Five Points, which is conveniently located near the convention center.

Attendees living in less-resourced countries may qualify for up to a 90% discount on their registrations with our equitable registration pricing structure. Reduced registration fees apply to both the in-person and virtual meetings.

Global Physics Summit attendees can apply for a number of awards and grants to help offset the cost of meeting attendance. Students, in particular, are encouraged to apply.
