Mobile app and virtual platform profile
Before the APS Global Physics Summit begins, all presenters are encouraged to create a speaker profile in the synced mobile app and virtual platform. This will allow you to connect with attendees and presenters from around the world through a single system. Your profile can include a photo, contact information, and social media links.
Permissions and license
To present, you must agree to APS’s Permission Agreement and answer the Consent to Record question in your speaker bio. Please review the license and recording information and answer the required fields associated with your author acceptance. These items can be found using the link provided in your presentation confirmation email labeled “Speaker Portal Access.”
We also encourage presenters to familiarize themselves with APS's meeting logistics, including details about music and film in presentations, best practices for in-person and virtual presentations, and tips for effective presentations.

Registration requirement
You must register to present at the meeting. Please make sure the email address attached to your abstract/talk matches your registration. You can update your speaker profile in the link provided in your author notice email. If you have questions about registration, please email the APS Registrar.

Session chair responsibilities
In-person and virtual session chairs play an important role by providing presenter introductions, keeping time, and moderating audience questions. APS is grateful to the volunteers who assist in facilitating these sessions.
