Employer registration for the APS Global Physics Summit Career Fair is now open.
Recruit job seekers from around the globe to your company, national lab, or institution. The Global Physics Summit 2027 is expected to bring in an audience of more than 14,000 attendees.
If you are attending the Global Physics Summit solely to service a Career Fair booth, you must register for the Global Physics Summit. Contact the APS careers program manager regarding meeting registration once you have reserved a tabletop.
If you wish to attend scientific sessions at the Global Physics Summit, you will need to register separately.
In-person meeting Career Fair hours
Set up
Set-up must be completed on Monday, April 12, before the opening reception at 6:45 p.m., and you must be stationed at your table during the reception, from 6:45-8:30 p.m.

Job seekers will visit the Global Physics Summit Career Fair in the exhibit hall during these convenient times:
- Monday, April 12, 6:45-8:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, April 13, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Wednesday, April 14, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Thursday, April 15, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
