Zone A

Booths in Zone A are located in premium positions at the entrance to the exhibit hall and surrounding the APS Village.

Sponsorship options

Custom sponsorship packages allow you to increase participation in workshops and other events, drive booth traffic, and showcase your brand at the largest gathering of applied physicists in the world.

Advertise in the printed program guide provided to attendees on-site.

Ad retargeting packages

Ad retargeting allows you to deliver your marketing message to APS Global Physics Summit participants before, during, and after the meeting. Retargeting campaigns direct your digital ads to visitors to the APS Global Physics Summit registration, abstract, housing, and other web pages as they visit other sites across the web.

Advertising specifications

When sending advertisements to APS, the file should be either .ai or .eps vector files.
